A grounded, unhurried practice focusing on alignment, breath, and building a solid foundation. Ideal if you're new to yoga or returning after a break.

Mon / Wed / Sat — 7am & 6pm
Intermediate

Vinyasa Flow

Linking breath to movement in a dynamic, energising sequence. Builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Tue / Thu / Sun — 8am & 7pm

Yin & Restore

Long-held passive poses targeting the connective tissue. A deeply calming practice, perfect for recovery, stress, or winding down.

Wed / Fri — 7:30pm
